Some of the WNBA‘s top players will head to Phoenix, Arizona, tonight for the sold-out 2024 WNBA All-Star Game at the Footprint Center. Angel Reese, Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Plum, Sabrina Ionescu, Brittney Griner, and A’ja Wilson are among the women’s basketball players competing in tonight’s annual matchup between the WNBA All-Stars and the USA Basketball Women’s National Team.
After breaking records in the NCAA and competing in the WNBA, Clark, who currently plays for the Indiana Fever, will hit the court alongside Reese, who now plays for the Chicago Sky, on Team WNBA — the players’ first time competing together on the same team. “It’s obviously rare to have two rookies in the All-Star game,” Clark said earlier this week ahead of the WNBA All-Star Game, “so I think just enjoy that. Obviously the fans are super excited about it. I think it’s just really good for the W.”
