Just in time for festival season, Target has unveiled some new Grateful Dead merch, available now on Target.com.
The pieces all dropped on Target.com in the last few weeks and include cozy sweatshirts, joggers, T-shirts, posters and new release vinyl. Target says these officially-licensed products are not available in-store so the only place to get the merch is to shop online. Here are some of our favorite Grateful Dead apparel items and accessories available to shop at Target now.
Forever Grateful Tie-Dye Sweatshirt
We love this crewneck Grateful Dead sweatshirt, which features a tie-dye print in green, tan and fuchsia. The familiar yellow Grateful Dead bear is featured in the center surrounded by flowers (roses, naturally) with the words “Grateful Forever” around it.

From the Mars Hotel (50th Anniversary Edition)
Target has this 50th anniversary pressing of the Grateful Dead’s landmark 1974 album, From the Mars Hotel available on CD or vinyl.
The LP edition is remastered by Grammy Award-winning engineer David Glasser, while the three-CD set features the same remastered and Plangentized audio from the 50th remaster vinyl in addition to the band’s previously-unreleased live performance from the University of Nevada-Reno on May 12, 1974.
Summer of Grateful Dead Poster
Target has a number of vintage-inspired Grateful Dead posters available for sale, including this summer-themed print, which features the dancing bears and skeleton jamming out in the pool. This set includes a pack of push pins for easy hanging.
